I believe my life experiences have brought me here today! I've always been passionate about mental health and supporting others. I hope both my training and lived experiences can help others find hope and healing. 

 

I have specialized training in Eating Disorder Care and trauma. I’m so glad you’re here and hope to walk alongside you on your journey to healing.
